We Take Our Commitment to Quality Very Seriously.

We go to great lengths to provide you with the highest quality mods for your pinball machines. If your item arrives damaged, we want to know. Please save the original box and all its contents. Take pictures of the damage. Then contact us via email and send us those pictures within 7 days of receipt. We'll send you a shipping label to return the item to us. A new item will be shipped to you immediately.

Let's face it. Mistakes happen. If you ordered the wrong item or ordered too many of the same product, please let us know within 30 days of receipt. You may ship the item back to us and exchange it for the correct product or receive a credit for order overages. We'll be sure to adjust your invoice whether you owe us or we owe you. However, return shipping charges for mistaken orders is on you. Sorry!

All electronic items are non-refundable. Our policy is based on the fact that electrical components may be damaged during assembly which is the fault of the buyer (not us). If the product was actually damaged during shipping, please follow the instructions above by saving the original box and its contents. Send pictures to us within 7 days. Return authorization approval will be made on a case by case basis.
